So i’ve been looking for php/mariadb/nginx on docker for my live sites as an alternative to having all those just set up on my dedicated server, but when i found this it said for local development. Is it not recommended to do live sites using docker?

Local Only ? Yes
Production ? No
There are a couple post already mentioning the same thing. In short devilbox is meant to be used as a local dev environment.
Though there are different images available like production etc there is no mentioned of using it on production, because obvious reasons. Besides this project is run and maintained by only one talented & busy person. A you can see, the forum is very slow and inactive, so support is not a luxury to have here.
Besides if you want to have live sites run on a docker or any other service, it’s better you get a professional help.
